How Booking Works

The pickup process is simple. Schedule online, place your items outside, and your pickup will be completed by the end of your scheduled pickup day.

Choose your pickup date and pay securely online with a credit card. An email confirmation is sent after booking.

Put your mattress, box spring, and any additional items out by 2 PM and text a photo to (857) 404-2496.

Pickup, Handled.

Your item will be collected by 7 PM. You do not need to be home as long as everything is accessible.

Please have everything ready before the scheduled pickup window.

  • Remove all bedding, sheets, pillows, protectors, and toppers.
  • Mattresses and box springs must be dry and free of mold or infestations.
  • Place in an accessible location by 2 PM.
  • After placing everything outside, text a photo to (857) 404-2496.

Pickup, Cancellation & Refund Terms

Pickup Requirements

  • Remove all bedding, sheets, pillows, mattress protectors, and toppers before pickup.
  • Mattresses and box springs must be dry and free of mold or infestations.
  • Items must be placed curbside or in a clearly accessible pickup location by 2 PM on pickup day.
  • After placing your items curbside, text a picture to (857) 404-2496.
  • Pickup may be rescheduled due to rain, snow, or unsafe weather conditions.
  • Items that are missing when the driver arrives are non-refundable.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations are allowed until 2 PM on the day of your pickup.
  • A five dollar processing fee per item is deducted from canceled pickups.
  • Rescheduling may be available depending on pickup availability.
  • Cancellations made after 2 PM on the day of pickup are not eligible for a refund.

What if it rains or snows?

If weather prevents pickup, I’ll contact you to reschedule for another available day.

What types of mattresses can be picked up?

Standard mattresses, box springs, and futons can be picked up, including memory foam and hybrid types, as long as they are dry and free of mold or pests.

Do you accept drop-offs?

No. Mattress Pro Recycling is pickup-only and does not accept customer drop-offs.

What if I have a bed frame or another item that is not listed?

If an additional item is not listed in the booking form, such as a bed frame, text pictures to (857) 404-2496. I can let you know if I can take it and provide a quote.

What happens if my mattress is gone when you arrive?

If the item is missing at pickup, the order is non-refundable. Please make sure the item stays curbside and accessible until pickup is completed.

How do cancellations or refunds work?
