Curbside Pickup Terms:

  • Mattresses and box springs must be dry and free of insects, animals, or mold.
  • Place them curbside or in an accessible location by 2 PM.
  • Pickups may be rescheduled due to rain or snow.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • $5 processing fee per item (deducted from refund).

How do cancellations or refunds work?
