I’ll handle the pickup on your scheduled date. Please follow the steps below so everything is ready when I arrive.

Remove bedding

Please remove all bedding, sheets, blankets, mattress protectors, and mattress toppers before placing items outside.

Place items outside

Put your mattress and any additional items at the curb or in a clearly visible location by 2:00 PM on your scheduled pickup date.

Text a photo

Send a quick photo of the items to 857-404-2496. This helps me confirm which items are yours and that they’re ready for pickup.

Quick pickup reminders

  • You do not need to be home as long as the items are outside and visible.
  • If I have trouble finding the items, I’ll contact you using the information from your booking.
  • If weather or access issues affect pickup, I’ll reach out directly.
