STEP 1 — Schedule & Pay Online
Choose your pickup date and pay securely online with a credit card.
STEP 2 — Leave It Outside by 2 PM
Place your mattress or box spring outside on pickup day.
STEP 3 — Pickup Day
Your mattress will be collected by 7 PM. No need to be home during pickup.
Curbside Pickup Terms:
- Remove all bedding and toppers before pickup.
- Mattresses and box springs must be dry and free of mold or infestations.
- Place items curbside or in an accessible outdoor location by 2 PM on pickup day.
- Pickups may be rescheduled due to rain or snow.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- A five dollar processing fee per item is deducted from canceled pickups.

All standard mattresses, box springs, and futons — including memory foam and hybrid types — as long as they’re dry and free of mold or pests.
Do you accept drop-offs?
No, Mattress Pro Recycling does not accept customer drop-offs. This is a pickup-only service.
