Curbside Pickup Terms:

  • Remove all bedding and toppers before pickup.
  • Mattresses and box springs must be dry and free of mold or infestations.
  • Place items curbside or in an accessible outdoor location by 2 PM on pickup day.
  • Pickups may be rescheduled due to rain or snow.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • A five dollar processing fee per item is deducted from canceled pickups.

If weather prevents pickup, you will be contacted to reschedule for a day that works best for you.

What types of mattresses do you take?

All standard mattresses, box springs, and futons — including memory foam and hybrid types — as long as they’re dry and free of mold or pests.

Do you accept drop-offs?

No, Mattress Pro Recycling does not accept customer drop-offs. This is a pickup-only service.

I have extra items, a mattress topper, or a bed frame — can you pick those up too?

How do cancellations or refunds work?
